Print finishes can significantly influence how consumers perceive and respond to your product. Explore our available print finish options here:
-
Gloss Finishes have a natural shine to them. They are designed to reflect as much light as possible. The gloss is added as an extra layer, to specifically add shimmer
-
Matte finish diffuses light which creates a flat, non glossy look. It has a low gloss percentage which means it reflects less light vs other finishes. An advantage of matte finish is that fingerprints or scratches are much less obvious compared to glossy finishes. In addition, matte can look more consistent as there is no reflection of light to make some areas look brighter vs darker than others.
-
Spot Gloss, also referred to as Spot UV, are a print finishing technique of applying a high gloss coating to a selective area on printed material. A common use is to draw attention to a certain area, such as a logo or unique product detail
-
Emboss printing involves creating raised images, which results in a 3D effect with the use of a custom made die. The paper stock is pressed between the heated die and the counter and the image is pressed into the back of the stock to create a raised image.
-
Soft touch, sometimes referred to as velvet lamination, provides a soft texture that has been compared to the skin of a fresh peach. The finish adds a protective layer that results in long-lasting prints that provide a deeper and richer look.
-
Foil printing is the process of adding shiny metallic colors to printed material It adds a luxurious finish that catches the eye. We have a range of different colored foils we can apply including gold, silver, bronze, copper and rose gold.
-
A holographic foil printing is a two-dimensional representation that produces a three-dimensional effect when hit by light, which diffracts the light to reflect different colors of the spectrum at different angles. It allows for unique content to be created, as it represents a new and original effect capable of attracting attention.
